Activities That Bought Me Comfort and Joy

List all the activities that bring you comfort and joy.

1. Scrapbooking. I loved scrapbooking. I would bring my pictures together of trips and things. It was fun to decorate scrapbooks and write stories to go with them.

2. Reading. I loved reading romance, paranormal romance, biographies and fantasy stories. I enjoy reading Danielle Steel Stories. They made me happy.

3. Reading Devotions. I feel closer to God. The same with reading The Bible.

4. Rubber Stamping Cards. I enjoyed making my own cards.

5. Watching Movies and TV Shows. They make me happy.

6. I hope to start making Friendship Bracelets. I used to do crafts.

7. Stress Relief Coloring. I loved coloring in Adult Colorbooks.

8. Writing Stories. That makes me happy.

I need to do more activities.
