Day 50 Jackson Hole, Wyoming
We flew on a plane to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Security went easy. We grabbed an ice cream and got on the plane. They showed McKennas Gold. I love Omar Shariff. It was a good flight.
We landed and got off the plane. We went to our hotel rooms. A nice fancy room and it looked like The Dutton House on Wyoming. I was hoping to see Rip. We unpacked. I wore my pink cowgirl hat. We are off to Tetrons. We are at Bridger-Teton National Forest. We picked out our horses. I got a black one. Troop is his name. He was gentle. {user:stephen.ret got a big, beige palomino. AmyJo-Where did 2025 go???   Witchy Woman  Oh Come, all Ye Jellyfish 🔔   got chestnut colored horses. WakeUpAndLive~snowflake wonder  got a black and white horse. ❄️ Krista 🎄  got a white horse. They are all beautiful animals. The aspen trees were nice and breezy. It was grassy and the horses had a snack and drank from a stream. We were singing I Should Have Been A Cowboy. Miss you, Toby Keith. The road was rough. We did it and the horses knew the way.
After riding horses, we went to a restaurant. We had chicken dinners and some of the group had steak. We went to the gift stores. I bought a horse statue, postcards, bracelet with a horse on it. SantaBee  and Witchy Woman bought hoodies with horses on it. Ded Moroz  bought a cowboy hat. Guess the Toby Keith song inspired him. Witchy Woman bought some magnets. AmyJo-Where did 2025 go??? WakeUpAndLive~snowflake wonder ❄️ Krista 🎄 Oh Come, all Ye Jellyfish 🔔 bought mugs with horses on them. I bought a horse mug, too.
We went to a wildlife museum. I love the horses, snow leopards, lions paintings. There were statues of lions, horses. There was artwork of raccoons, squirrels, foxes, buffalo, wolves. I had to buy some paintings of wolves. So did Ded Moroz
We went to a Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. I was thinking of that scene in Yellowstone when Rip and the cowboys let a big, black bull into the bar. A black bull walks into a bar. What did he order? A black cow! I drank some whiskey and coke. Witchy Woman SantaBee Ded Moroz AmyJo-Where did 2025 go??? WakeUpAndLive~snowflake wonder drank whiskey sours.❄️ Krista 🎄 drank beer. The bar was all western and a band sang some country songs. We got on stage and sang with them.
We went to the Rodeo. I yelled" Buck him off!" I am always on the bull's side. The cowboys were nice and we got to meet them and the bulls after the show. The bulls let us pet them.
We went to Gannett Peak. We did some hiking in the mountains. It is nice. I saw a wolf and we saw a bear. I wanted to pet the wolf but I forgot he isn't Peyton.
We went to the National Museum of Military Vehicles. We saw jeeps, Sherman Tanks and Ded Moroz and I climbed up on the tanks. So, did SantaBee . Witchy Woman WakeUpAndLive~snowflake wonder AmyJo-Where did 2025 go??? ❄️ Krista 🎄 and Oh Come, all Ye Jellyfish 🔔 sat in the jeeps. I wanted to get in the Sherman Tank but a guide said no. Okay.
So, this was our Wyoming trip. I wanted to meet Rip, Beth Dutton and Kevin Costner. Oh well. It was fun. One last visit. The Nation's Capitol. Tommorrow's adventure.
