Nutcracker

The Nutcracker. I love the Nutcracker. I love the play and all the music. I would like to think I am Clara and I would love to have her adventure, chasing the mice and seeing sugarplum fairies. I love the ballet and the movies. To dance like a ballerina, I wish. This is a beautiful story. I have a nutcracker or two in my closet but I can't find them. I hope someday, I can and put them back out at Christmas. The magic and joy of the Nutcracker. A little girl and her doll and the Nutcracker. A dream? Maybe. I just think of the beauty and the music and remember when I was a little girl and how I loved Christmas.
