A Sabbath Day Of Rest

Prompt: How important is a Sabbath day of rest? Do you take one?

Very important. I go to Church as often as I can. When I was working, days off were so important. We need a Sabbath day. I do things on Sunday like a little cleaning but I always feel in a better frame of mind when I went to Church that Sunday morning. A Sabbath day can be any day for worshipping. Some days, I rest and other days, I do other things but I pray to God and give thanks everyday. We take time for God and Jesus everyday. THAT is important.
