Dear God June 16, 2024

Dear God:

I wasn't sick today but I didn't feel my best so I stayed home from Church. It was Father's Day and I was thinking about Dad and I knew I would feel sad at Church. I stayed home. I go to the grave every once in awhile and it has been six months and I will always think about him but today, he is on my mind. I pray you help Mom get through this day.

I pray for family, friends, the animals, those facing bad weather, the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East. I pray for my medical news as well. I pray my knee replacement surgery heals once and for all. It has been rough for me.

I am thankful for the good things in my life. Thanks for listening, Lord. In Jesus's precious name, I pray. Amen
