SHORT POEMS #1085599 added March 17, 2025 at 8:14pm Restrictions: None
NOT TITLED
pecking on window
the blue jay returns once more
to her reflection
looking through God's eyes
reviewing a life's past makes
us thankful for His grace
lady on the lake
calling in her ducks at dusk -
they follow her voice
the Holy Spirit
reveals things within my heart
i follow His voice
silence softly breaks
into thunder darting down...
trumpets' angry sound
in this evil world
Your still small voice speaks loudest ...
tell me what to do
slant sunbeams ray down
on the white frosted landscape...
summer's thief is back
cold graying ocean
lonely freedom lapping shores ...
flashing memories
