About This Author
I am a 40 year old married mother of two teenage boys. I live for writing, especially romance. Love the happily ever after scenerio. The best thing about writing for me is the ability to lose yourself in your work, and feel as if you've accomplished something great. At the end of the day, that's all that really matters.

Bard's Hall, June 16, 2025 - Update
Aaaarrrrrrrggggghhhhhhh.
Needed to get that out of my system
Little Miss Nai is doing well. But, because it's me, and this is the way things go, we have one week left in the incubation period. Incubation? You ask. Yep. My daughter-in-law developed Shingles in the last week of her pregnancy. And, they looked at her rash in the hospital and said it was nothing. By the middle of the week she was a mess, freaking out, and went to her doctor, who confirmed her suspicions. I swear i thought it was heat rash. And I cannot say whether I actually touched it or not, so it's safe to say that ol T and Nai are in that waiting period.
Kaia has had 3 sleep overs now, and as much as I love having her sleep over, that 3 year old, with all that energy, and smarts is exhausting! Plus, she forgets nothing. It's wise not to promise her anything, because that girl will remind you every chance she gets.
Missing work is tough, because no one really steps up. If they do, it's the bare minimum. So when I don’t show up for 2 days, it's added work. Which means I'm at the gas station more than I like to be. I keep trying to stay positive. We will pay off the property in September of 2027, but I swear I won't make it. It sucks going into a place you don't like. Worse when you own it.
My mom's trying to get out of the house now, since she has reverted back to her teens. I hate this disease, hate watching her mind slip away. Last week she was looking for her parents. When my sister told her they passed away, she cried for an hour straight, like the loss hit her for the first time. It's heartbreaking.
And now, the world has decided to make another monumental dip into the shithole of hell, and push us to the brink of WW3. Am I seriously the only one who thinks that these little men, with little brains and even smaller penis' need to fuck off and let the women of the world try and make it a better place? 🤷♀️, I doubt it could get worse. I mean, we apparently are all too emotional according to these warmongering maniacs. That's my two cents anyway.
