In My Life, Come Together, Norwegian Wood

In my life. I love this song.
Places I remember. Memories.
The 60s, 70s. Has it been that long?
We need to come together. We need peace. Can't you see?

The Beatles. They were the best.
Norwegian wood. Was it a special wood?
No. Strange love affair. You know the rest.
Doing something because you could.

I remember the past. Wish I could go back.
I live each day as it comes.
I play old music and memories I don't lack.
I think politics are dumb.

We made it to 2025.
Do the best you can I guess.
Hey! I am still here and alive!
Let Trump get us out of this mess.

Listening to Beatles songs.
My son is home for awhile.
I will enjoy this time and get along.
Remember the things that make you smile.
