WakeUpAndLive Author IconMail Icon pointed out some buffalo. So neat. I love them.

We are there before we know it. Iowa. We go to the hotel. These rooms are huge and green. A nice green. We go eat a nice lunch. Salmon patties and mashed potatoes. Cinnamon rolls for dessert. Good.

We get back on the Coach and head to the American Gothic House. It is big and white. A big white fence. We go inside in the house. The American Gothic picture. The farmer and his wife. He holds the pitch fork. Sung'manitu Author IconMail Icon and I start singing Where, oh where you are tonight? We do Heehaw. StephBee Author IconMail Icon Krista Author IconMail Icon WakeUpAndLive Author IconMail Icon Jellyfish Author IconMail Icon Lyn's a Witchy Woman Author IconMail Icon AmyJo-Moving day's soon here Author IconMail Icon and I do Heehaw. I love Heehaw. We are just having fun. The guide comes along and gives us a tour. The American Gothic picture hangs on the wall. We go outside and see goats in the pen. We pet them.

We are off to Memorial Park. We get there and a guide tells us about Chief Wapella. It is sad how the Native Americans ended up in different states. I salute this Chief. The park is nice. Pretty pink and red flowers grow. Some trees give us a cool breeze. We see a squirrel. He chatters. Cute. A Memorial plaque about the Native Americans. A gentle breeze. You can hear Native Americans. Singing. I am part Native American and I wish I could answer them.

This has been a good adventure. Off to the next one.
