Day 47 San Juan Island, Washington
We rode the Coach to Washington. Too bad we can't snap our fingers and be at a place. It was a quiet ride and the traffic wasn't bad. Our drive drives safely and it always goes well. We read and eat snacks.

We arrive at San Juan Islands. We get on a ship that is small. We see the killer whales. There are quite a few. They are very pretty. Lyn's a Witchy Woman Author IconMail Icon
Sung'manitu Author IconMail Icon StephBee Author IconMail Icon WakeUpAndLive Author IconMail Icon AmyJo-Moving day's soon here Author IconMail Icon Krista Author IconMail Icon Jellyfish Author IconMail Icon and me are all excited and we take pictures and one is close to the ship but he is busy swimming after fish. We travel further down the islands and see seals. I am glad they aren't by the killer whales. Dolphins are here. It is nice to see all these animals.

We go to a whale museum next. Bones of whales. Pictures of all kinds of whales. We watch a video of all the different whales. They are the majestic giants of the ocean. I love the blue whales and hump back whales best. We hear whale sounds playing in the background. This museum makes you sad. At least, whales are protected in the US.

We go see Mount Rainer. I lived in Tacoma when I was five years old and I would wake up everyday and see snow on Mount Rainer. I loved it. We walk up the mountain and the sight is breathless. I sit for awhile and remember being with my mother and grandparents. The group and I sit together for awhile and smile. This is beautiful.

This has been a fun trip but I took a Coach and went to Forks, Washington. Twilight. I didn't see Bella and Edward but I saw a Native American man who said he was Jacob Black's grandfather. He is nice. We have a long talk and he likes that I am part Cherokee and have other Native American DNA. I went to explore the woods. Guess what? The rest of the group showed up. We saw the hospital. Sung'manitu Author IconMail Icon made friends with Jacob's grandfather. We went to a restaurant to eat owned by Esme. She wasn't there but a picture of her was. We saw the hospital. AmyJo-Moving day's soon here Author IconMail Icon WakeUpAndLive Author IconMail Icon Krista Author IconMail Icon and me went to the woods. No werewolves or vampires. Darn. It was fun to go to Forks. We did buy Twilight items.

This has been a good adventure. I look forward to the next one.
