Blabbermouth

Oh dear me, my tongue gets loose sometimes.
I never intend to hurt or to gossip,
But yet that's what I find myself doing all too often.
Building impulsive walls of fear,
Reciprocating dislike stubbornly,
Bragging about my barbed wire barriers
as if it's something to be proud of
When I need to be humble, allowing room for broken people.
8-24-25 prompt: write a blabbermouth poem.
