Practical Magic Movie Sonnet

The Owens Sisters cursed in love,
Sally got lucky in love at first.
He was sent from heaven up above.
The Owens girls were cursed at birth.

Gillian was just footloose and free.
Chose a man who was quite mean to her.
Sally killed him. Now, sisters had to flee.
Took him to their aunts' house. Death has no cure.

A detective then came to solve a crime.
He fell for Sally. Fought a demon man.
Ladies of the town, got rid of the mean slime.
Maria let love come back into the land.

Witches. Evil. Love, goodness always prevails.
Don't you just love happy witch folktales?
