I am not a fan of Mark Twain because of his comments about Jane Austen. I don't care for Twains writing but I saw this quote and I like it.
I get up and pray for myself and the world to have a good day. I have some health issues and I want to have a beautiful day. I go on WDC. I take care of my cat. I do things around the house. I read Devotions and Bible passages. I think about Mom. I miss her. I enjoy good days. I like shopping, watching my soaps and I should scrapbook and do things that I loved doing years ago.
Covid changed things. I don't enjoy things like I used to. Knee replacement. No miracle there. I try to make everyday special and hope it will be beautiful. Reading Victoria
Magazine. I look forward to seeing the new Downton Abbey movie on DVD. I always thank God and hope things get better for the world. I want beautiful days. I won't give up on that. |
