Bachelor For The Weekend
I'm not entirely sure what to do with myself this weekend. My wife volunteered for a foster youth camp which requires her to be away all weekend. Seriously, I dropped her off this morning and was told there would be no phone calls, no emails, no correspondence at all until I pick her up again Sunday evening. She wasn't allowed to bring her phone, there will be no computers or internet... it's kind of crazy to think that I literally won't see or even speak with my wife for three whole days. Even when we've been physically separated during business trips or family needs, I don't think we've gone 24 hours without at least talking on the phone or texting each other since we first started dating ten years ago. 
Well, if this weekend isn't a perfect time to get some writing done, I don't know what is.  |
