Losing Track Of Time
Prompt: Tell us about a time that you completely lost track of time. Does it happen often?
Work drags on. When I am out shopping, I lose track of time. After I woke up from my extensive bowel surgery and was on a breathing tube and slept for 6 days, I couldn't keep track of time for two weeks. I couldn't tell what the date was or time it was. This was awful. I started to remember things and get back on track with days and timing but it took me two weeks.
When I was having breakfast with a friend one time, we had breakfast and talked and before we knew it, it was lunch time. So we ordered lunch and an extra dessert. We left a big tip. I make sure lunch dates with a friend only last an hour and a half. I don't want them charging me rent! That is losing track of time!
