Reasons A Person Can't Sleep
Prompt: Joy asked about reasons why a person can't sleep. The mattress, sheets, pillows, stress, illness or something else keeping someone awake.
With me, I sleep on two pillows and I try to get comfortable on them. Sometimes, my GERD acts up because of my hitial hernia and that isn't pleasant. When I was working midnights and slept during the day, stress and dumb stuff from work kept me awake. I take a Xanax if I need one to sleep at time. I think we all worry. Sometimes, being excited and happy can keep you from sleeping. Sometimes, I get a sinus headache and can't sleep. Most of the time, since I no longer work, I sleep pretty good. I am finally learning how to sleep like a normal person who doesn't work anymore. It has been nice!
