Enjoy Life
Prompt: Joy found a quote that says we should enjoy life but not enjoy it too much and asked what we think it means.
I think it means if we enjoy life too much, we could get in trouble. I have gotten in trouble over 40 years ago, hanging out with the wrong people. Wrong boyfriends. Wrong choices. I enjoy things like TV Shows, movies, books, writings, going to church and try to do the right things. I don't want to hurt anyone. As I get older, I do less and less. I don't have the energy. I enjoy shopping, going to the zoo, Lake Michigan, writing, reading and appreciate the time I spend with friends and family. I enjoy animals. I don't want to enjoy life too much and get in trouble. You have to follow a set of scruples, don't break the law and you can have fun. I enjoy Christmas, going out to eat, spending time with my cat and you can enjoy life and still enjoy being who you are. This is how I feel about things.
