Seperation Anxiety
What things in your life have caused you to have separation anxiety?
When my house burned down. I felt like something was missing and most of my items and it was awful. After rebuilding a new house and that, I felt better. When I let someone borrow something that means a lot to me, I get separation anxiety. I will be back to normal, once the item is returned safely.
When my husband takes the checkbook to write out checks or go to town, I suffer separation anxiety. When ever I leave my home for 2 days or more, I will feel separation anxiety. I feel like the money is lost. Not a good feeling .
Being separated from my cat for a few hours will give me separation anxiety. I miss my cat. Separation anxiety can be a real fear and make you nervous.
