Okay. I was in Beauty Pageants in High School but I didn't win the title. I do have a State Finalist Plaque. When I was in high school, I wanted to be beautiful and be in activities and I accomplished a lot. I earned everything I got when it came to extra activities and at my job in Nursing.
I am older. I still dress nice and wear nice jewelery and hats but anymore, who am I trying to impress? I love God and Jesus and want to do right by the Savior and Lord. I have been married for over 30 years so being a Beauty Queen isn't important. Just getting through every day and when we get older, we have a health issue or 2. We go through a lot in life. I am just me. I want to love everyone and be a good person and make it to Heaven. I try to be content to be just me. My Beauty Queen days are behind me. I am just me. A good person and hope to improve as I become a good Christian.

Prompt: You are out camping and spot Big Foot! What happens next?
Wow. I admire Big Foot. I would offer him a hot dog and mt hand in friendship. I would offer him cookies and Diet Pepsi or water or lemonade. He could sit by me. After giving him food and drink, I think we could be friends. He would probably leave. If he comes back the next day, I would give him more food and maybe teach him to play board games. I would have to leave to go home but I would have made a new friend. I think food works for man or beast and is a way to make a new friend.

Prompt: Red moon. What are your views on red moons?
I didn't get to see the strawberry moon last night. All I saw was a clear, silver moon. Red moons. Vampire moons. Wolf moons. Red moons are scary and you think of horror films or Stephen King. Maybe a red moon is a moon of Mars or one of the other planets. Maybe Saturn has a blue moon. I would like seeing blue moons. A red moon. Seems like you always expect a vampire to visit or a werewolf but someday, Jesus will come back when the moon is red and that will be a good thing. Maybe we shouldn't be afraid of a red moon.

Guess what? I found a cure for the writer's cramp.
Pretend it doesn't exist. I tried that. Just smile.
I decided to go to Michigan and camp.
I was chased by a bear and a moose for a mile.
I rolled down a hill and then landed in a lake.
Some ducks flapped their wings at me and flew away.
I got up, went to my camper and ate some cake.
My leg started to hurt. I thought of the writer's cramp.
I got on my computer and avoided the writer's cramp.
I did a few reviews and I liked all the stories that I read.
A moose is outside my door. Why is he in the camp?
It was a long day. The moose left. So, I went to bed.
About my cure. I woke up and went to Kalmazoo.
I am thinking about writing another book. I can do it.
I think too much. I took off to go the near by zoo.
A monkey threw his business at me and I got hit.
I don't have a cure. I will just write and go to the cramp.
The moose is back. I went outside to talk to him.
I sat on a bench by Mr. Moose and the bench was damp.
Mr. Moose told me to go write all I want. His name was Tim.
A talking moose? I couldn't believe it, either. He is quite nice.
The moose and I wrote stories. He is quite a good writer.
I drink some Diet Pepsi and ate more cake and got some ice.
Mr. Moose had to leave. He wished me well and he flew off in a glider.
I will not worry about finding a cure for the Writers Cramp. Not at all.
A talking moose. Camping. I am going home where I can sanely think.
I will go to the writers cramp, write, sing, be happy and have a ball.
I write and print off stories. I am happy. Now, my copier is out of ink!

He shoots arrows to get you to fall in
love. He misses his mark. He shoots
someone in the butt, misses the heart.
He flies around. He thinks he is cute.
Bare chested and reminds me of the
dancing baby on Alley Mcbeal?
He carries around a bow and arrows.
Here he comes. There is an ugly man.
I am getting out of here. Sure as crap,
he will shoot that arrow at him and I will
be chased around by a man that is ugly.
This man looks like Uncle Fester and I
run out and bump into a man who looks
like Johnny Depp! Cupid's arrow hits! Yes!
This Johnny Depp look alike and I are in love!
Thank you, Cupid! Oh no! Cupid's diaper leaked
on me. I spray cologne on me and I smell better.
Cupid flies away and his arrow hits the Fester
guy and a big, ogre girl. Sweet. I smile.
Happy Valentines Day! Cupid lost his diaper and
burned his butt on a candle. My Johnny guy and I
dance as Cupid trips and flies out the window.
A naked baby but I have to thank him. I found love.

Prompt: "Everything good, everything magical happens between the months of June and August. " Jenny Hon What are your thoughts about this quote?
This year, the new Downton Abbey Movie, A New Era will be out in August so this is important to me. WE hope to go to the zoo. I hope to get knee replacement but I will have to wait at least 2 months. Rain, flowers make the summer magical. Shopping and going to Lake Michigan is always important to me. I look forward to this and I hope my knee thing won't interfer. Magic. I guess no snow and sunshine, not having to bundle up and face snow makes June and August magical. Seeing Lake Michigan and feeling like I am by the Caribbean makes things magical. Works for me. Just being warm and having warm thoughts and nature's beauty make the summer months magical.

Yes. I liked Lawrence Welk and I liked when Lynn Anderson was on it. She was a good singer. I saw her in person once. I enjoyed that music.
Ed Sullivan. I loved the Beatles. I thought they were the greatest. They are a favorite with me.
I loved Hullabaloo and Shindig. I loved Go Go Dancers. I wanted to dance in a cage.
I loved Tom Jones music. I loved watching Andy Williams. It was family time and I loved the song Moon River.
Glen Campbell. I loved his show. Hecwas my favorite singer of all time.

Prompt: Do you have a hobby or a craft you pursue?
Scraobooking. I spent $150.00 on scrapbooking classes and got what they call a Bachelor Of Arts in Scrapbooking. I love scrapbooking. I scrapbooked a scrapbook of Alice Cooper with articles and pictures. I scrapbooked a book of The ABC's Of Me and I included pictures from high school and pictures of favorite things and actors I like. I wrote out a paper with A to Z of things I loved that started with that letter. A-Alice Cooper. Associates Arts Degree. C-College I attended. T-Thespian Society. C- Cats. I love cats. R-Reading. I love to read. W-I am a writer. You get the idea.
I scrapbooked my son's baby pictures. Pictures of my cat in a scrapbook. A family scrapbook. Pictures of my family. I took Grand Champion at the fair on this one. I scrapbooked a an album of celebrities of autographed pictures I collected. I scrapbooked pictures from the Prom in High School and pictures of the Beauty Pageants I was in. I scrapbooked pictures of Frankenmouth, Michigan, the Christmas Store. I scrapbooked pictures of my trip to Florida, one of my son's Wedding in the Smokey Mountains, my parents 50Th Wedding Anniversary.
I scrapbooked items of TV Shows I like, my flowers I grew, pictures of my house, pictures of the county home I worked at, pictures of my friends' pets, my parents pets, the cars I had, my son's Prom along with everything h did in high school. I had a scrapbook of my years and Awards in school.
I scrapbooked pictures NASCAR Drivers, my father-in-law, his tractors and life. My father's life in the Air Force. I have a scrapbook of the movie Frozen with Elsa, articles, stickers and the 2 Physical Merit Badges I had commissioned along with the Elsa Awardicons I commissioned.
Scrapbboking. I had albums with cat pictures on it, Frozen, Florida, Fairy Tale, Pink, Star wars {I did a Star Wars Album}, Musical Notes Albums, Teddy Bears for babies, NASCAR Cars and an album to match what ever you scrapbook along with matching papers, stickers, little brads made out of vinyl or plastic shaped like flowers, cars, bees, frogs, crowns, butterflies, shamrocks, hearts, dogs, cats, witch hats, pumpkins, stars an I used them for my scrapbooking. This took awhile bit it was fun. You could also use punchers and they match the brads and there were Teddy Bears and all kind of things.
I made a fairy tale album of Princesses with my Cricket Machine that cut out images of Princesses.
Sadly, the scrapbook stores have all closed down but I get supplies at Michaels and I bought a lot of Martha Stewart items. I watch Martha and learn to scrapbook as well.
Scrapbooking. I don't scrapbook much anymore.I have 30 albums at least. I still scrapbook a few items but just 3 times a year. Like my zoo pictures. I have 4 albums of them. I look at my albums and I hope someone will admire them like I do. I love my memories. They live in my mind, heart and scrapbooks.

Prompt: 48 Hour Music Challenge
Africa By Toto
I always loved this song. Makes me want to go to Africa. I want to see elephants, lions and giraffes. I have seen them in zoos and I saw the lions at Animal Kingdom. That was almost like being in Africa. If I go to Africa, I want to go where the animals live. I see a lion, I think Africa.
This song is so pretty. The band is on top of giant books singing, the top book says Africa. How cool is this? A globe of the world.
I remember Elsa, the lion and how the Travers loved her and set her free. This happened in Africa. The book and movie are so sad. I love Elsa the lion. I wish I had a pet lion.
I touched the rains of Africa. I knows it rains in Africa but it is so cool to hear this line. It is a romance song. I don't think I could live in Africa. I had a friend who was a foreign exchange student who was from Africa. I once knew a young Nun from America.
When you hear this song, you think of Africa. You disappear into your mind and I am sure Africa must be a beautiful country. Africa has more then deserts. It has waterfalls and jungles. You think of Tarzan.
I will be singing about Africa the rest of the day. What a beautiful country it must be. I will see it on TV and in books. I send best wishes to the animals and all who live there. When ever I hear this song I am there.
