Mostly, I take daily baby steps toward all my long-term goals. Much like the stories I pen, the songs I compose, and the businesses I run, I am always a work in progress.

-Real estate? *Now* my agent wants to drop the price on my house. Nice timing. It took her so long to suggest it that I'd settled into the idea of teaching lessons there.

*Writing* Pending. I also stumbled across a file I started several months ago to simplify my lyrics folder. I need to finish that and use it! It rocks. Instead of the whole song, it just lists the first line and the general chord progression, to jog my memory.
