My Internet connection is misbehaving. I tried kicking it into submission, and all that accomplished was to prove that my laptop can indeed fly.

So much for tracking "for real" yesterday. My "business" dinner (which was really rather pleasurable) included two

and a half soft pretzel sticks slathered in cheese, one black bean roll-up, about 1/3 a small order of onion

rings, and two long island ice teas. I suppose I could probably figure it out, but I'm lazymy Internet

connection is giving me grief.

7:30am Coffee (1) and half a bagel with turkey and cheese (4)
