The title of this book is "An Ordinary Life".
I may have lived an ordinary life but I serve an extraordinary God. If you do not yet know Him, may you meet Him through my words. If, like me, you know a Risen Savior, may my words resonate with you and your heart burn within you as you read them. We will know the Truth and the Truth will set us free! 
Smile, It Releases Endorphins...December 3, 2016 at 1:52am One night, I was looking in the mirror. I noticed my smile turned down instead of up so I tried to make my smile into a smiley face. As I tried and tried, I burst into laughter. Smiling releases endorphins. I have made it a regular part of my life. I do not pretend to be happy. I simply put my facial muscles in the shape of a smile on a regular basis. It changed my life. Try it. Smile at yourself in the mirror for 10 minutes. See what happens.
