Child... I struggle. I find hanging with younger people (in their 50s, 40s, 30s) helps... as does smiling at children and petting all cats.

I went from 108 to 35 when I came back to Montana. And yes, it snowed; but, now the heat will finally settle in at the end of June. Oh, how we suffer.

At least in Thailand we had a/c. I will wilt next week.
