Well here we go. Someone pointed out that I didn't have any kind of bio or backstory attached to this blog- is that a thing? I suppose you could just read my profile on my portfolio if you really want to know... if not, my feelings won't be hurt. Just don't tell me.

I'm new to this group so I do not know how to answer the first questio but to the second, I would say the feeling of accomplishment. I liked your post, and especially the quote from your grandmother. There is definitely not enough time in the world and people are always taking that for granted.

I lack self-discipline. I can plan short-term, like my travels, but even those I prefer to not over plan.

You made me think. I've lived alone now since moving to Montana in 2008. Thinking back ... I rarely lived alone before then.

I had a boss I didn't like working for. Never worked around it well. I did call her a couple years ago just to say hi! I think she was surprised. I didn't mind her personally and in a position of quality control she would have been excellent. But I don't like to be micro-managed ... my issue.

It's a lovely peaceful inspiring poem. My reaction was the opposite because I imagine my self drowning (Water and I have lifelong issues). A better metaphor for me would be lying in a field of wheat, listening to the breeze, watching clouds pass me by.

Still chilly here. The buttercups have lifted their shiny faces but snow is in the forecast. If we get a couple inches that would cheer me up.

I use ... a lot because I pause a lot. I want punctuation to serve ME not the other way around. I'm a poet not an essay to be written by someone else!

I wasn't so stingy before I was stung. *groan*

I need to learn how to spend my money wisely. I don't spend it because I want a cushion to land on (homelessness can do that); but, it's silly after all these years. I'm getting old and time is at a premium, so I need to be more wise about that too.

Yes, we need something to portray the passion, the excitement, the anger, and more. There needs to be more emphasis! Is this where I insert an emoji of someone waving their hands? Emojis can be misinterpreted though.

Oh, my gosh, it sounds fabulous. Sitting out on the deck and writing. I don't think I've even considered bringing my computer outside, but I could. There's an idea. A change of environment could get the thoughts flyin'.
