HA! Isn't that the truth? Call me crazy, but it's not a good story unless someone dies or is already dead...most of the time, anyway. That's a thought, but I'm thinking the ones I've written thus far - especially this one - are a little "open" if you know what I mean. This one is left wide open, with her just walking out of the house leaving a dead body on the floor. It was meant to draw out how crazy this woman really is, making her one really awesome antagonist. Funny thing though - I knew this story took place before the novel starts, but I didn't know until I wrote it how it all played out and "fit" with the novel. The sketchy details were in my head, but I didn't get the full picture until I started writing it. Sounds really nuts doesn't it? Kinda goes back to the idea that the characters tell you who they are and why they do things. ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** |
