Hey Folks,

You may have noticed that Beyond The Water's Edge has undergone a bit of a re-design... starting with this December round, I'll be hosting this Talent Pond contest and giving Arakun the twisted raccoon a very well-deserved break. She's done a great job and I only hope that I can follow in her footsteps.

Starting this month, please note the new contest features. The two big ones are:

1. Genre Challenge: Each month will feature three different prompts in three different genres, challenging you to write different kinds of stories each round.

2. Talent Pond Incentive: In addition to the prizes, Talent Pond members who enter each round will receive some kind of special incentive prize (raffle tickets, GPs, etc.) to thank you for being a member of the group that's hosting this contest.
