Hi Jannie,
As Winnie says, what genre-tell us what kind of ideas you have hoppin' around in your head so far? Sometimes all it takes is one line, one sentence, maybe a visual image--my 2007 NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) plot came to me the night before NaNo began; I was trying to fall asleep. I saw a 14-year-old girl, on Mother's Day May 1911, standing on a railroad trestle, speaking to me about ending it. (Well, she didn't, because I'm on my third novel starring her lol).
But sometimes just one sentence, or a phrase, or a setting, can trigger your plot. So please open a window into your creative thinking and give us some basis from which to brainstorm?
