Welcome! I expect you've come to the right place-at least I hope so-to find what you're seeking. Certainly there's enough folks here that are knowledgeable and can help you out or point you in the right direction.
I applaud your intent to accept critique and review so that you get input as to whether your writing will "fly" or not.

I too write Fantasy but it is not my chosen, nor my best, forte, so I am deferring to those for whom it is a drive, a heartbeat, and a skill. *Smile*

I'm familiar with Tolkien of course, but had not heard of Patrick Rothfuss, so will be eager to search him out. My personal Fantasy favorites are P.C. Hodgell, author of The Godstalk Trilogy and a few others, and Terry Goodkind.
