The best advice I was ever given was "write what you know". Take a few prompts, which can be found in any number of places on the site, and relate it to your own experiences. If nothing else, you could write about a college student that is looking to branch out into other areas but doesn't know where to begin. Sounds like an interesting story to me, plus you can put all that paper writing knowledge you have to work. You have a step up on some of us: if you know how to write a paper than you know something about sentence structure, punctuation and such. Some of us when we first came here had been out of school for a long time and had to relearn alll that stuff all over again. Believe me, I'm talking from experience. If you need help with prompts, let me know. I have a few of my own up my sleeve. Peace, Much Love, and Blessed Be. ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** ** Images For Use By Upgraded+ Only ** |
