Hello Kelly and welcome to WDC. I took the time to take a peek at Ones in the Shadows. You have a good concept for a story here, however your spelling is holding readers back. I believe if you go through and clean up your spelling and make sure you are using the correct form of words such as bear/bare, their/there/they're, you will find more reader willing to take the time to review. If you are not using a word program I would suggest you try that. Spell check can be a writers best friend. It has been my experience here that readers will close out of a piece with multiple errors in the first couple paragraphs regardless of the story.
