Just like what I write as the title: I want to be better in writing! Not only in writing a story, but also a review!

I won't say I have done so well until now. Being a successful author has become my dream for a long time ago, but when I reconsider it lately, I realize I haven't done anything to reach that goal. I often have a good idea popping in my head (yes, I almost hear it sounds "Pop!"), yet I'm always distracted that I cannot use it like what I wish. This really frustates me....

Anyone has a suggestion what I must do?
