I was born in California, raised in Massachusetts, and spent most of my teen years and up until now in the South West. I love New Mexico. It's a diverse place influenced by both Mexico and Native American cultures. The weather is beautiful most of the year. Not too hot in the summer, and because Santa Fe is up in the mountains (7000 ft. above sea level), we also get a good amount of snow in the winter. The sky in the south west seems bigger than the other places in the U.S., and it is usually the most brilliant blue with amazing sweeping cloud formations. The sky here never looks the same from one day to the next. Also, the food here is awesome!

I've never been to Kentucky. What's it like there?
