Well, we live in a small town here in Kentucky and since we have moved here, we have noticed that people here are keep their cards to their heart a lot. We will smile at them and some will either say "hi" (option #1), grunt (option #2), or look at you like you have devil horns coming out of your head (option #3). There is a budding Hispanic population here with a smattering of Blacks and Whites with a sprinkle of Filipinos and other Asian cultures.
