I am grateful for: the air I breathe,
Every piece of the earth I feel beneath my feet,
For every thought I hear with in my head and heart,
For the struggle of balance within existence,
For the colours, I feel, breathe, think.

What an amazing thing you are doing highlighting and providing support for those effected by suicide. In England too there has been a spate of teenage suicides. I know of three personally and two through friends of friends -some succeeded. It is an incredibly painful subject to broach.
