One of the best ways to get your work reviewed is by reviewing others. When you review others as best you can (meaning, not a slap and dash review) and politely request they check out your work in return, you're more than likely to have them responding.
Another option is to do a search for 'review forums' - meaning specific groups or activities that accept people posting up items for comments. When you do find these forums, be sure you read their rules and guidelines before submitting anything to them.
