Martha was sitting in the garden with her daughter. She needed peace so that she can decide what to do further. Her daughter, Sarah was playing in the garden. But Martha could tell from the frown on Sarah's face that she was dying to ask something. She sighed. Sarah was too clever for his own age.

"Mama!! Papa is not going to return, is he? That is why you are upset ?" Sarah spoke.Martha wondered what else did Sarah know. She had taken care to protect her daughter from the ugly scenes happening daily. But children are more sensitive than their parents can even estimate. There was no point in lying to her. She was hoping she would broke the truth to Sarah gradually. But now, she did not think she had a choice.

"Yes Sarah. You father has left. He is not coming back. Now it will be us- you and me to take care of each other."

Sarah continued her exploration of earth and said. "In heard Papa speaking to that Dragony Diana that he is going to live with her. But don't you worry Mama. I will take care of you. I am a big girl."

Martha chuckled. "Yes Sarah, you an five year old big girl."

Sarah smiled widely at her and said, "Don't you worry Mama. We will find a new frog for you."

Martha made a face, "Sarah, I do not need a pet. I just need a new job to start over again. We will go to your Grandparent's house for sometime."

Sarah said,"No, we will find a frog for you first. My teacher says that the frogs can be turned into princes. I will find the frog, kiss it and turn it into a prince. Then we will have new Papa. And then you can smile again. I don't like to see you cry. It makes me cry as well. And then my friend s will laugh at me that I am always crying. So I have to find a frog and kiss it."

Martha's eyes teared up but she stopped the tears threatening to fall for Sarah's sake. "Sarah, child, we do not need a frog. We will be happy together and we won't cry anymore. Pinky promise. shall we leave now ?"

Sarah got up from there and hugged her mother, "Mama, I am sure there are frogs here but we will leave now and find the frog in some other garden. May be some old wizard has cursed this garden because this is Papa's garden and he made you cry."
