I was not looking for an exception. Simply put I have had family emergencies that will require me to be gone for about three days and so I was trying to let someone else take my place before it became too late for them to do so. I would not want to be taking a place that someone else could have knowing they have the ability to complete the contest whereas I know right now that I will miss the days required in the rules. I suppose I should have wrote that but at the time I was trying to figure out a way that I would be able to try to finish the contest as the rules stated.
