Are you sure? I saw a user complain in either the tech or suggestion forum that their private item received a public review. The problem wasn't that the public, on reading the review, could open the private work. The problem was that the reviewer had quoted sections of the private text in his review, which was then public. SM replied that he understood but would not change the ability of the reviewer to post a public review since that's important to WDC. I might be remembering wrong.
