Looking for either a mentor or a writing partner

Not quite sure which.

I am, however, looking for someone who can help me improve in my writing; I want to know what I do wrong or not quite getting across so that I can become a better writer. Whether that fits under the mentor or writing partner criteria, I'm not sure.
