I love your analogy. You are so right. At first the "sharing" is tentative as we have just seen shared, above. Once you just jump in and let it all out, you don't even think about it much. We are all doing the same thing in the same place, we can learn so much from each other's perspectives, and it enhances our work. I don't know how many times others have read something I wrote and offered suggestions that made me go wow. I love a good review with suggestions. Not that I rewrite every one but they are noted.
