I did a "create-your-own" assignment for today. My story has a main character who could be considered an antagonist, but who I really want the reader to see as a secondary protagonist. I picked a crucial scene I see forthcoming in the novel and wrote them from the perspective of 3 different characters. This helped me better understand the motivation of my characters, and as an author, I am considering having different characters narrated different chapters.
