I think this is beautifully done. While I've been very fortunate and never had to explain anything like this to a 3 year old, I do know lots of kids that age.

You've captured the innocence and simplicity of childhood without making her sound too babyish. I especially like the ending when Mila realizes that the angel in her dreams is her mother. Almost made me cry, I don't know how her dad would have kept it together.

Just wanted to say good job. I'll try to come back and do a better review later today.
