Well, I am bipolar and I can assure you that - from what you wrote - you are most likely NOT bipolar. *Wink* The moods would be way extremer and the changes rather sudden.

I agree with the others: most people go through the ups and downs, and it has nothing to do with mental illness. *Smile*

That's the essence of me - short and revealing...
