I don't know if I actually have carpal tunnel, but I definitely have problems with my wrists. I can't hand-write either, Dawn Embers --it hurts like blazes after a paragraph or two (which really sucked in school ). Typing's easier but even then sometimes typing just flat out hurts.

Like PuppyTales said, trying to keep it all relaxed might help, though.
