Oct 30 - Settings List - DONE!

It still needs some work, it's very rough, but I've at least thought about the setting of each chapter. I haven't written it all down in detail like we did for the earlier settings challenges, but I've got visualisations of most of it in my head. I need to flesh it out, but I've spent more than 15 minutes on it at least.
