One story I have a great beginning idea, good characters and motivation for most of them, but once I get them into the main conflict, I'm not 100% sure where to go from there. The other I have a basic outline in mind, but I have yet to be able to flesh out the antagonist's motivation, or even really who the antagonist is (though I know what the antagonist will do to create conflict).
