I struggle with wondering if I have any business at all in writing my story in November. I have so much research to do and I always end up having issues with my magic system no matter how long I spend on it this month. What if my story is to complex for my talents and preparation?

But I try to remember that NaNo is about getting a draft finished so I can find the issues. It's hard to fix a problem I don't know about yet.
