we should get together, Fancy ! My problem is always too complex to wrap up in one novel. Last year, I whined to everyone in the unblock forum and they diagnosed my problem as "scope creep" (The problem surrounding the conflict in my story is simply too large and I can't stay focused!)

I struggle to finish a short story within 3k words! Sometimes I wish I had your problem.

But you can do it! Just let your characters wander off on bunny trails and explore side characters in November if you think you're running out of things for your main character to do. You'll do great!
