All I can say is hang in there and good luck! Even if you write for 5 minutes as your children rest for that small amount of time (I know sometimes that seems like they never sit still for that long!) but I don't use the computer to do my writing because mine isn't portable so I keep a notebook that I can take with me to do writing as I am able.
