Hmm...well apparently you've got the hang of uploading and using the signatures; those will automatically show up in every email and forum post.
For reviews, however, you'll either have to manually put them in at the end, or to make things easier, create a 'Review Template' - this should help you with that process or any questions you might have - "Creating Review Templates" Open in new Window.
